Chris Wright’s Nine Point Plan for American Energy Dominance

Feb 7, 2025 | Updates

For too long, we’ve been told that energy scarcity is the future, that we need to cut back, pay more, put on a sweater, not use your appliances on a hot afternoon, and become comfortable with being weaker, poorer, and more dependent.

Chris Wright drove a stake through that nonsense.

Trump’s new Energy Secretary has a nine-point plan to turn things around.  It isn’t just an energy policy—it’s a declaration of independence, empowering us to take control of our energy future.

Here’s our take on Sec. Wright’s Nine-Point Plan for American Energy Dominance

1️⃣ Drill, mine, produce—do it all. America is sitting on a goldmine of energy. We should be using it, not begging for it.

2️⃣ End the war on oil and gas. The obsession with “net zero” has done zero for Americans. Wright is cutting the nonsense and putting power back in your hands.

3️⃣ Nuclear power isn’t optional—it’s the future. If we’re serious about energy security, nuclear energy has to be part of the mix. It’s safe. It’s efficient. It’s happening.

4️⃣ . You should not be paying ridiculous energy bills. Energy costs have been artificially inflated by bad policy. Wright’s plan fixes that.

5️⃣ Kill the red tape. If a regulation is crippling our energy industry, it’s gone. America needs innovation, not bureaucrats slowing us down.

6️⃣ Stop making energy companies beg. It should not take years to approve an energy project. Permitting reform is coming. Finally.

7️⃣ No more relying on dictators and bad actors. America should never have to grovel for oil. We have the resources—let’s use them.

8️⃣ All that works.  If it works, we use it. No more picking winners and losers based on politics.

9️⃣ Get politics OUT of energy. Energy policy should be about what works, not what sounds good in a press release.

This isn’t a radical plan. It’s common sense. America should lead the world in energy—not sitting in the backseat.

Chris Wright gets it.

High energy costs crush the working class, kill small businesses, and make everything—from groceries to gas to rent—more expensive.

This is not complicated. If you want a stronger economy, you need cheap, abundant energy.

Wright’s plan puts America back in the driver’s seat. No more waiting for permission. No more self-imposed suffering.

America should never take a backseat on energy. And now, we won’t.
